Crombies of Edinburgh: One of Britain top 10 producers. They are admired by the Scotsman and Clarissa Dickson Wright. They are third generation butchers offering a range of nearly 50 varieties plus black (and white) pudding, haggis and Lorne sausage

Henri’s: A stunning French delicatessen situated in Morningside. Owners have spent much time and care sourcing their produce from small producers and regional markets. There is a particular emphasis on produce from the south West of France, which is a region they have a special passion for.
